- All bidders are informed that Post e-Auction related works of LD Deptt viz. issuance of LOI, Acceptance of LOI and making LOI payment (2nd Stage EMD), issuance of Demand cum Allotment Letter, payment of balance premium, Possession Letter, Conveyance Deed, Execution Call letter etc is being issued through BHOOMI Portal having URL:https://eservices.dda.org.in/user from 14th Phase of Mega e-Auction onwards. Intimation regarding issuance of the same will be communicated to the Registered email id of bidders only. Bidders can check the status, issued documents, make payments and upload required documents, if any on BHOOMI Portal only. Payments received other than Challan generated through BHOOMI Portal and documents submitted other than BHOOMI portal shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Timeline as mentioned in the issued document and as mentioned in the tender documents shall not be extended under any circumstances.
